About Us
The Hispanic Contractors Association de San Antonio (HCA) was formed over twenty years ago to promote and support the educational advancement and growth of the Small, Minority, Women and Veteran-Owned businesses in the contracting community throughout South Texas.
We are a 501( c ) (3) non-profit, committed to developing educational and training programs and to facilitating resources needed to help our members reach their highest potential.
Education:
Our organization has dedicated itself to supporting the future of our industry by providing scholarships to the Alamo Community Colleges for students pursuing an education in the Construction Industry. We also provide HCA Scholarships internally to our members and their families.
Membership Benefits:
Membership with the HCA de SA provides you with access to business development resources that help you to identify and bid on federal, state, and local government projects and other private sector projects that solicit small, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses. Our membership list boasts some of the largest General Contractors in the area. These corporate sponsors utilize the HCA to assist with their diversity outreach programs. We also work with our resource partners to promote and establish innovative and unique programs throughout our region. We distribute bids to our members on a daily and weekly basis in order to ensure that they are aware of the bid opportunities in and around South Texas.
Our membership is made up of General Contractors, Sub Contractors, and Associate Members as well as partnerships with the various chambers and Local, State, County, and City SMWVBE agencies that provide resources to our members.
